• Content generation: Your brand data is sent to third-party AI services to generate personalized content on your behalf.
• Email delivery: To send scheduled content and transactional emails related to your account.
• Product improvement: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage data helps us improve the platform.

3. Third-Party Services

Daily Dose relies on the following third-party providers to deliver its core functionality:

• Anthropic (Claude): Processes text prompts to generate social-media captions, blog content, and image descriptions.
• Google (Gemini / Imagen): Generates images based on AI-composed prompts.
• Vercel: Hosts the application and stores uploaded media via Vercel Blob.
• Turso: Hosts the application database.
• Resend: Delivers scheduled content emails and transactional messages.

Each provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell your data to advertisers.

5. Data Retention

Your account data and generated content are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and generated content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We protect your information with industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and access-controlled infrastructure. While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data.
