Manage your profile, email preferences, delivery schedule, and security settings from the Settings page in the sidebar.
Email Delivery Settings
Control when and how Daily Dose sends you content. Find these settings on the Delivery page in the sidebar or under Settings.
Email Delivery On/Off
Toggle email delivery on or off at any time. When turned off, your posts are still generated and saved — you just won't receive the daily email. You can view and copy your posts directly from the Calendar page.
Delivery Time
Choose the time of day you receive your daily content email. Your delivery time is applied in your selected timezone. For example, if you set 7:00 AM and your timezone is Eastern Time, you'll receive your email at 7:00 AM ET.
Timezone Configuration
Your timezone affects when posts are automatically generated and when delivery emails are sent. Set it to match the timezone where your business operates.
- Post auto-generation runs at 8 PM in your configured timezone.
- Email delivery runs at your chosen delivery time in your configured timezone.
- You can change your timezone at any time — the change takes effect for all future deliveries.
Changing Your Password
To change your password while logged in, go to Settings and enter your current password along with your new password.
If you've forgotten your password and can't log in, use the Forgot Password link on the login page. A reset link will be emailed to your registered address and expires after 1 hour.
Your Email Address
Your email address is used to log in and to receive content delivery emails. If you need to update your email address, contact us at support@dailydosecontent.com.
Unsubscribing from Delivery Emails
Every delivery email includes an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it will stop future delivery emails immediately. Your account and all your content remain intact — only the email delivery is paused.
To resubscribe, go to the Delivery page and turn email delivery back on.
Deleting Your Account
If you'd like to permanently delete your account and all associated data, contact our support team at support@dailydosecontent.com. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
