Getting Started

Welcome to Daily Dose! Follow these steps to set up your account and start generating on-brand Instagram content in minutes.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Go to dailydosecontent.com/register and sign up with your email address and a password. After registering, you will be logged in automatically and taken to the setup flow.

  • Use a valid email address — this is where your daily posts will be delivered.
  • Pick a strong password (at least 8 characters).
  • No credit card is required to sign up.

Step 2: Set Up Your Brand DNA

Brand DNA is the heart of Daily Dose. It tells our AI everything about your business so every piece of content sounds like you. Navigate to the Brand page in the sidebar to fill it out.

Business Name

Enter the name of your business exactly as you want it to appear in your content.

Industry

Select or describe your industry (e.g., Bakery, Real Estate, Fitness Studio). This helps the AI generate relevant content ideas.

Brand Voice

Describe the tone and personality of your brand. For example: “Friendly and approachable, with a touch of humor. Never overly formal.” The more specific you are, the better your captions will sound.

Target Audience

Describe who your ideal customer is — their age range, interests, problems they face, and what they care about. You can also click Generate with AI to have Daily Dose suggest an audience based on your industry and voice.

Custom Instructions (optional)

Add any extra rules for the AI — things to always include, phrases to avoid, specific calls-to-action, or promotions currently running. This is a great place to mention seasonal promotions or recurring hashtags.

Tip

You can update your Brand DNA at any time. Changes take effect on your next caption generation.

Step 3: Configure Delivery Settings

Daily Dose emails you ready-to-post Instagram content each day. Set your preferences in the Delivery page.

Timezone

Choose your local timezone so posts are generated and delivered at the right time for your audience.

Delivery Time

Pick the time of day you want to receive your daily content email. Most users choose early morning so they can review and post before their audience wakes up.

Email Delivery

Toggle email delivery on or off. When enabled, Daily Dose will send your approved posts to your registered email address on schedule.

Step 4: Upload Your First Photo

Head to the Library page and upload photos of your products, team, or workspace. Daily Dose will pair your photos with AI-generated captions to create complete Instagram posts.

  • Supports JPG, PNG, and WebP formats.
  • You can upload multiple photos at once.
  • You can also generate AI images if you don't have photos yet — see the AI Image Generation guide.

Step 5: Generate Your First Post

Go to the Calendar page and click on a day to create a post. Select a photo from your library and click Generate Caption. Daily Dose will craft a caption and hashtags tailored to your brand in seconds.

Once you're happy with the post, mark it as approved and it will be included in your next daily email delivery.
