Photo Library

Your Library is the central hub for all your photos and AI-generated images. Every image you upload or generate is stored here and available to use in posts, blog articles, and more.

Uploading Photos

Navigate to the Library page in the sidebar and click Upload Photos. You can upload multiple photos at once by selecting several files at the same time.

  • Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP.
  • Photos are stored securely and optimized automatically — a thumbnail is generated for fast loading.
  • There is no strict limit on how many photos you can have in your library.

Best Practice

Upload a variety of photos — products, behind-the-scenes shots, team photos, and lifestyle images. A diverse library gives the AI more to work with and keeps your feed looking fresh.

Browsing Your Library

The Library page shows all your photos in a grid. You can see which photos have already been used in posts and which are available.

  • Used — photos that are currently attached to a scheduled post.
  • Unused — photos that are available for new posts. The automatic post generator will pick from unused photos first.
  • AI Generated — images created by the AI Image Generator are tagged separately so you can tell them apart from uploaded photos.

Deleting Photos

To delete a photo, click on it in the Library and select Delete. You can also select multiple photos and bulk delete them using the Select mode.

Note

Deleting a photo that is currently attached to a scheduled post will remove it from that post. The post's caption will remain but you'll need to assign a new photo before the post can be delivered.

Photo Quality Tips

High-quality photos lead to better Instagram performance. Here are a few guidelines:

  • Resolution: Use photos at least 1080px wide. Instagram recommends 1080px for square posts and 1080×1350px for portrait posts.
  • Lighting: Well-lit photos perform better. Natural light is usually the best and most accessible option.
  • Subject clarity: Make sure your product or main subject is clearly visible and not obscured.
  • No text overlays: Avoid photos with heavy text already baked in — it conflicts with Instagram's native text tools.
